Our mission is the provision of unbiased and objective advice related to all aspects of the clients benefits program. John Chute & Associates does not engage in any relationships or activities that would otherwise compromise our ability to recommend suppliers to our clients. Our strict adherence to this principle prevents us from developing formal or informal relationships with any insurance company, trust company, or mutual fund distribution firms. In the event that we may have to conduct a future evaluation for our client, we consider ownership position in firms such as Third Party Administration firms (TPA's) to be a conflict of interest. Our clients have expressed great appreciation for our contributions with their plan designs, benefit costing, plan implementation and communication expertise. We have also had very positive feedback on our work in other areas, notably, the development of cost containment initiatives.
